As a corporate strategist and business leader, Marc Zinder’s career has been dedicated to accelerating growth and profitability through critical analysis and management of planning, staffing, training and operations.

He’s an Accomplished Executive with over 30 years of proven experience in Business Development, Fundraising, Entertainment and Sports Management, Travel & Hospitality, Real Estate, and Medical Practice Management.

Marc is experienced in diverse areas as: Licensing & Royalties, IP Development & Valuation, Property Development, Contract and Procurement Management, Litigation Strategy, Mediation Management, Estate Planning and Strategic Planning. As a business owner or entrepreneur, he’s the guy you want to have on your team.

Katie Brannon 
Director of Operations

Katie Brannon is a seasoned veteran in the hospitality and personal service industry. With an extensive background ranging from Global Chauffeured transportation, to property management, to professional bookkeeping; Katie offers her clients a focused work ethic and incomparable personal knowledge of the personal services business. Katie thrives on challenges, and takes great pride in managing the business and personal needs of her clients.

She spent 6+ years as a personal assistant to the COO of KB Visions. She was responsible for the day-to-day business and personal life of the inventor of a billion dollar breakthrough ophthalmology drug.

She was recruited by Fortis Riders Transportation to assist a goal-oriented entrepreneur and build a chauffeured transportation company. The business was quickly successful and she became head of the personal relations department. She was soon rubbing elbows with some of the top CEO’s, athletes, celebrities, and publicists.

Susan Sikora Cohen 
Special Services Coordinator

Susan joins us with a strong background in property management and concierge services. She specializes in our student services division and never ceases to amaze us with her ability to multi-task.

Currently, her duties include; Bill pay services, parcel & mail pickup, Home inspections, client communication, utility control, scheduling/overseeing repairs and maintenance, manage household staff (maids, nannies, lawn, pool), secure premises.
Critter Concierge duties include; Feed, water, exercise, Playtime, brush out, mail/packages, alternate lighting, taxi service to Vet/Groomer, medication.

2007– 2010: Owner, SSC Consulting, LLC, a Homeowner Association Management Company.
